Shipping Policy

At CASENDIO, every order is prepared with care and dispatched with the same attention to detail that goes into the product itself. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.


Free Shipping

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States — no minimum order value required. This is our way of making sure the full cost of your purchase is clear from the moment you add to cart.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times are separate from transit times. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays proactively.


Shipping Within Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped with tracking. Estimated transit times vary by destination:

  • British Columbia: 2–4 business days
  • Western Canada (AB, SK, MB): 3–5 business days
  • Central and Eastern Canada (ON, QC): 4–7 business days
  • Atlantic provinces and territories: 5–9 business days


All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. CASENDIO is not liable for carrier delays.


Shipping to the United States

US orders are shipped with full tracking. Estimated transit times:

  • Continental US: 5–9 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 7–12 business days


US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes assessed upon entry into the United States. These charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are separate from your order total. CASENDIO has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@casendio.com.


Signature on Delivery

To protect the integrity of every CASENDIO order, a signature is required upon delivery. This ensures your piece arrives securely and provides confirmation of receipt for both you and us. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address, or arrange an alternative with the carrier directly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CASENDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed with a signature. If your tracking shows a delivery confirmation but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We are happy to assist in providing documentation where possible.

If your package appears lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, contact us at hello@casendio.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. CASENDIO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@casendio.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Future Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to additional regions is something we are actively working toward. Sign up for updates at casendio.com to be notified when we expand.
