Returns & Refund Policy

Every CASENDIO piece is crafted with precision and purpose. We encourage thoughtful purchases and stand fully behind the quality of what we create. This policy outlines the protections available to you.

 

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with all original packaging and contents

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved pieces
  • Items showing any signs of use or wear
  • Final sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

We prioritize exchanges and store credit as the primary resolution. Options available to you:

  • Exchange for a different colour of the same item, subject to availability
  • CASENDIO store credit, valid with no expiry
  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued automatically


Refunds

Cash refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item and are issued where an exchange or store credit is not suitable.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Additional bank processing time may apply


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. CASENDIO is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


International Orders

For international returns, shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return

  3. We inspect the item upon arrival
  4. Exchange, store credit, or refund is processed


Delivery & Security

All CASENDIO orders are shipped with tracking and signature required upon delivery. This protects both you and the integrity of your purchase. CASENDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed with a signature.


Policy Enforcement

CASENDIO reserves the right to refuse returns or limit transactions in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.
